2008 SPECIAL TRASH COLLECTIONS

Christmas Tree Collection	Wednesday, January 9 & 16, 2008	Curbside collection of live-cut trees. Trees must be at the curb by 7:00 AM and free of ALL decorations.
Spring Bulk Trash Collection	Wednesday, April 9 (if normal trash is collected on Tuesdays) & Wednesday, April 16 (if normal trash is collected on Thursdays)	Residents must have items for collection set out by 7:30 a.m. Materials placed for pick up at any other time will not be collected. Bulky items such as: Furniture Toilets and Sinks Carpet Tables and Chairs Mattresses Refrigerators, washers & dryers & small appliances Regulations Small items must be placed in a container at the curb and weigh no more than 100 lbs Collection is for Residential properties only; commercial and industrial properties are not included in the collection program Regular household garbage is not part of the bulk collection program. Items not collected Hazardous Waste Construction materials Yard waste/brush Paint and other chemicals Propane tanks Tires FOR FURTHER INFORMATION REGARDING ACCEPTABLE TYPES OF DEBRIS, PLEASE CALL THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AT 410-641-4001.
Fall Bulk Trash Collection	Wednesday, November 5 (if normal trash is collected on Tuesdays) & Wednesday, November 19 (if normal trash is collected on Thursdays)
